Ask your organization's admin to send you an invite link from inside their BaseLD portal — that's the only way to join an org that's already registered. If you believe this is a mistake, file a ticket and we'll help sort it out.
BaseLD.com Beta Program Agreement
1. Beta Software. BaseLD.com is an early-access ("beta") platform. Features, workflows, interfaces, and data structures may change, be added, or be removed at any time without notice.
2. No Warranty. The platform is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
3. Data & Availability. We take reasonable care, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, data retention, or data accuracy during the beta period. Back up critical documents independently.
4. Not a Substitute for Professional Judgment. BaseLD.com is a coordination tool. It does not replace independent professional engineering judgment, jurisdictional review requirements, or applicable codes. Users remain solely responsible for the accuracy and code-compliance of their own work product.
5. Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BaseLD.com and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business arising from use of the beta platform.
6. Feedback. By using the beta, you agree we may use your feedback to improve the platform without obligation to you.
7. Pricing Lock. If you sign up during the public beta period, your subscription rate at signup will not increase for 2 years from your signup date, provided your account remains active and in good standing. Pricing may change after that 2-year period, or immediately upon a lapse or cancellation of your subscription.
8. Changes to Terms. If these terms are updated, you will be notified and asked to accept the new terms before continuing to use the platform.

Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds a second step to signing in: after your password, you type a 6-digit code from a free app on your phone.
If someone ever gets your password, they still can't get into your account without your phone. Setup takes about two minutes.
